We rounded our year of exhibitions
off withActs of Making at Bilston
Craft Gallery which ran from 14-28
February 2015 and ShipleyArt
Gallery,Gateshead 7-21 March 2015.
The two-week long festival contained
a mixture of performances,live
installations andworkshops,including
Catherine Bertola,Keith Harrison,
Mah Rana and Clare Twomey with
events held in the gallery and around
the towns themselves.
The festival worked with multiple
partners including community
organisations and schools,reaching
new audiences for craft,including
41per cent first time visitors to
ShipleyArt Gallery.
