About the gallery

Galerie Rob Koudijs, situated in the historic centre of Amsterdam, celebrated its fifth anniversary this year on the first of April. The gallery is exclusively dedicated to the promotion of contemporary jewellery, with a strong emphasis on its innovative, sculptural and artistic qualities. The past few years an impressive number of renowned artists have joined forces with the gallery, resulting in a stimulating dialogue with the existing team, many of them aspiring young jewellery makers. In the 10 solo-exhibitions the gallery organises every year, it is very gratifying to see that the sparkle of inspiration is as strong with the established as with the recently graduated artists.
