My work

I work in wood, carving with just a chainsaw and occaisionally burning the wood with a blow torch. I make small scale work (3-6 feet tall) in the studio (above) and large scale work on site, often errecting my scaffolding around tree stumps (up to 36 feet tall) and carving them where they stand. Most of my work is sited in natural environments, sometimes in water or up trees.
