My work

By nature, every object I make is unique, being made from unprepared green wood recliamed from log piles. Ideas are realised in an improvised manner – informed by the wood’s natural shapes and grains. Finished items (mostly chairs) retain the marks of the tools – cuts, hacks, shaving, revealing the making processes.
