My work

I make sculptural forms, including baskets in traditional materials such as willow & NZ flax, also in papercords. I use a wide variety of basketry techniques: plaiting, twining, stake & strand, modweave. My work often includes bold colour & pattern. I am exploring evolutionary basketry forms.
