My work
I work heavily machine stitched quilted surfaces, on home dyed cotton fabrics, which are then sometimes manipulated and folded to create new structures. Surface decoration through painting, printing, appliqué and working back into the fabrics with drawing and stitching creates powerful images. Framed, unframed and large structural pieces.
