My work

I use both machine tools and hand carving to combine symmetry and asymmetry within the same piece. The designs originate from an integration of the natural and man-made organic forms, architecture, cartoons and engineered everyday objects – producing bold colours, positive lines and strong tactile qualities. Materials include limewood – wood dyes.
