My work

Contemporary,bespoke furniture which combines well-considered functionality with an elegant aesthetic. Visual tension or a witty choice of materials often add a sculptural quality to Kay’s work. She uses traditional techniques but often in an unconventional way. Her principal material is wood but her work has included rubber, glass, metals and even woven palm leaves.
