The studios are self-contained, very bright, with wi-fi, communal heating and a smoking area. The studio complex also hosts a multi-purpose space, the Back Loft, which provides a unique platform for social interaction and access to a great range of free events.

Access to the studios is 24/7. Kitchenette and communal lounge provide a space for the resident artist community to meet and cross-fertilise.
