The Worcestershire County Museum is housed in historic Hartlebury Castle and exhibits a fascinating range of collections including toys, domestic items, work by the Bromsgrove Guild, beautiful costume, archaeological finds and transport, including one of the best collections of Gypsy caravans in the country. The new Shop and Visitor Reception building houses a permanaent display and sales area for the Worcestershire Guild of Designer Craftsmen who produce unique, handmade contemporary crafts and jewellery using a varity of materials including metal, ceramics, textiles, glass and wood. Free parking, a nature reserve, cafe and picnic area all add to a great day out. We are signposted off the A449 and are 3 miles south of Kidderminster. Open Tue-Fri 10am-5pm and weekends and Bank Holidays, 11am-5pm.
