Seven new build artist's studios were constructed in 1988 at the Changing Room Gallery to provide facilities for local artists. The studios were part funded by European Regional Development Fund (Objective Two) and Waltham Forest's Arts and Leisure Department. The studios provide much needed support to local artists as start-up units for the creation of arts product. All the studios are currently occupied with Artists working in a diversity of media including sculpture, fine art and digital media. We hold regular open studio events, and a programme of Artist's Seminars and workshops are held each year. The seminars aim to provide key information on small business development, arts in education, touring and European connections.
