The United Kingdom Arts and Design Institutions Association (ukadia) comprises specialist art, design and performing arts institutions, working together to widen participation in higher education. A number of special projects are being carried out to develop curricula at different levels, conduct research, look at admissions practices and cater for the needs of students from diverse backgrounds.
