The Makers Dozen Studios are made up of twelve artists / makers studios which are situated in a refurbished Georgian building on Wulfruna Street. Located in the city centre the studios provide easy access to local arts venues, retail opportunities and research facilities at the University of Wolverhampton. The studios are available to rent and include the following amenities: lighting, heating and power individually metered, individual security locks, communal kitchen and toilets, 24-hour access, sizes range from 64 sq ft to 185 sq ft, rental charges £6 per sq ft, service charge £2.25 per sq ft.
