Flameworks occupies a former industrial unit in Devonport, and now houses nearly 20 artists - including ceramicists, jewellers, metalworkers, painters and sculptors. Flameworks has equipment for heavy metal working, with its own forges and specialist processes, and it plans to offer hot glass facilities in the near future.Artists at Flameworks undertake a wide range of commissions and activities, and are also involved in educational workshops and projects. Flameworks hosts open days and organises regular exhibitions of its members' work.
