Centred around the applied arts research room, (OC28), the groups aims are: To encourage applied artists within the faculty to work together in a research environment beyond their normal teaching duties. To generate exhibitions, conferences, seminars and most importantly: a distinct identity for applied artists engaged in practice based research. To create a working environment that establishes a research area pertinent to our diverse practices, where other high calibre practitioners can also be invited to participate in our planned projects.
