WYEC does not just provide business training and counselling. If you need space to get your business under way, then there might also be accommodation available at WYEC's Broadway Studios. There are 25 business units varying in size from 15sq metres to 47 sq metres (150 - 500 sq ft), rented out on flexible terms. The prices vary depending on size and are subsidised for the first 2 years, gradually climbing towards what you would pay commercially for the same sq. metres in Tooting.
