Three-day residential stonecarving workshops held at Bawdsey Manor, Suffolk; suitable for beginners and people keen to extend existing skills. Group sizes are limited to 8 students allowing sufficient time for personal tuition. Students learn carving techniques, safe working practices and how to develop their ideas in three dimensions. Stone and professional tools are provided for students to make a piece of sculpture to take home. Guidance will be given on where to source tools and materials after the course, and how to develop further skills.
