Disability Cultural Projects aims to further the cultural equality of Deaf and Disabled people / Deaf, Disability arts practice in the UK and internationally, and to evolve new approaches to the way these are delivered. It produces EtCetera, a free weekly e - magazine for disabled artists and arts professionals in the UK and beyond.
