Coral

About this project

The surface of ‘Coral’ is made up of thousands of stained, cloth protrusions. Oil paint has been daubed and brushed onto the surface of the fabric. Due to the slow drying time of the oil, the pigment has transferred from one element to another creating a haze of subtle tones. This artwork was commissioned by the law firm Gowling WLG and is on permanent display at their Birmingham office.
