About this project

Series of bottles I made for COLLECT 2011 with New Brewery Arts Gallery, Cotswolds. I wanted to create pieces which played with light and the ceramic qualities of glass.

Each piece is handblown in two parts, then overlayed and blown into the final bottle shape. The surface is then carved to expose the two teardrop windows on either side.
