Recycled plastic bottle entomology insect jewellery

About this project

Amongst my other work I make sculptural insects, Most of which are wearable as brooches. They are the results of continued experimental explorations of my chosen medium. Sometimes based on real insects, but often my own inventions- a spontaneous reaction to the colours and properties of the materials.  These experimental pieces are an important part of my creativity. They add a playful enjoyment and freshness to my practice whilst in turn aiding the continued development of my jewellery designs.
