Recycled mixed media jewellery

About this project

A fascination with colour has always been an important part of the creative process, which lead me to explore new ways of working that would be complimentary to my style of making.
Having a keen interest in reusing and recycling, I decided to utilise the colours that were readily available in discarded packaging, foils and plastics. I have since been developing my jewellery and other work by combining recycled plastic bottles and mixed media with beads, wire and silver.
