London Skyline tea light holder

About this project

Jen hand pierced this London skyline tea light holder using the finest of saw blades. She used her hand drawing as a template to cut the design from silver.
Once she had completed the cutting process, she used other traditional silversmithing techniques to form and construct the piece, such as hammering, forming the silver using stakes, soldering, filing and polishing. The piece holds five tea lights behind the skyline so once lit you get the impression of a skyline of London at night.
