About this project

I have been developing vessels, still working withing a frame work of function but exploring aspects of still life and looking closer to appreciate details you may not notice on a first glance at a piece. The vessels and vases are porcelain but can also be with an added molachite to add texture and also have a bronze and oxide lustre rim detail. The latest Turitella vase series are an exploration of a new shape, reminiscent of tower shells collected on a familiar beach as a child.
