About this project

Textile panels (or canvases) are stretched onto a wooden frame and are all one-off pieces. Dyes and pigments are painted and screen printed onto a variety of fabrics including linen, cotton silk and wool flannel. Sizes range from 40x40cm and can be made to over 2m in length. Michelle often works on two or more at a time, resulting in a series.
