CERAMICS, sculpture, glaze surface

£180 — £2020

Tessa is committed to using complex handbuilding methods to produce curious ambiguous sculptures. Through developed form and multiple glaze fired surfaces, the overlooked detail of microscopic arrangements are revealed. Tessa explores opposing elements of symmetry and disorder to raise questions about the perfectly imperfect state of humanity on an individual and entire level. Sculptural dissimilarities give way to certain clarity of thought on the transient states that make up living beings.
