Shibori freestanding lamps

About this project

A collection of glowing shibori textile table lamps that are inspired by plants and natural forms. The fabric for each shade is individually hand stitched, folded and bound to create the distinctive designs. They are hand dyed with specially mixed colours. The process is called “shibori” They are crafted into the lamps around a wire framework with a flex, inline switch and plug.
