Spark Plug Awards helped curators to develop innovative exhibition concepts over the course of a year

The Spark Plug Curator Award programme offered successful applicants £5,000 as active support to develop an ambitious, innovative and high quality exhibition project that engaged with contemporary craft. Each award lasted for the fixed period of one year of research activity.

This programme ended in 2010.
