This collection of essays was published by the Crafts Council in partnership with the Crafts Study Centre to accompany the exhibition Three by One,  an exploration of craft history as expressed through the idiosyncratic development of three complementary craft collections - the British Council, Crafts Council and Crafts Study Centre.

Illustrated in colour and black and white throughout, Three by One includes a Foreword by Rosy Greenlees, executive Director of Crafts Council and Simon Olding, Director of Crafts Study Centre, University of the Creative Arts and an introduction by exhibition curator and co-editor, internationally-celebrated potter Alison Britton.
