At the 1 Hotel & Homes from 28 November to 2 December 2016.

British Craft: The Miami Edit was a Natalia Miyar co-curated presentation with Crafts Council and The New Craftsmena showcasing the work all 15 makers selected for A Future Made in 2016. Displayed in the glamorous setting of one of the most desirable addresses on South Beach, a penthouse residence at 1 Hotel & Homes Miyar co-curated the presentation to illustrate how beautiful hand-made and tactile objects can transform a residential space and infuse it with personality and warmth.

Makers shown in Miami: Juliette Bigley; Simone Brewster; Adam Buick; Edmond Byrne; Juli Bolaños-Durman; Emily Gardiner; Joseph Harrington; Jochen Holz; Marlène Huissoud; Shelley James; Eleanor Lakelin; Marcin Rusak; Nicola Tassie; and Andrea Walsh.

The selection panel were Mark Eley, Max Fraser, Catherine Lock, Ambra Medda, Jonathan Reed, Beverley Rider and Annie Warburton.

British Craft: The Miami Edit was also the first showing of a new commission by Joseph Harrington made possible by donation to the A Future Made programme by The Glenlivet.
