A workshop, organised by Heritage Crafts Association, aimed at anyone working in craft who wants to learn marketing skills, to ultimately increase sales. It includes presentations from industry experts and practical sessions, alongside time to network with speakers and guests.

After a morning of presentations, followed by lunch (included) the afternoon will comprise of three Top Tips training sessions led by qualified business coaches from Cockpit Arts, an award-winning ‘creative business incubator’ crafts organisation. Additionally their ‘Creative Business Toolkit’ will be made available free of charge to all workshop attendees. Attendees can choose to go to three of the sessions:

• How to sell online through other websites
• How to write a press release
• How to develop a brand (and why!)
• How to produce an e-newsletter
• How to develop social networks
• How to find great customers with simple market research
