Out of Print presents six outstanding bookbinding and letterpress works from the Crafts Council Collection, selected by renowned graphic designer and creative director Malcolm Garrett. Work by W&S Carter, John Crombie, Robert Hadrill, Ron King and Faith Shannon will be displayed.

The selected books highlight how the physicality of the object can enhance a published work in unusual, unexpected or unique ways. They illustrate that ‘conventional’ publishing is an evolving space, which still has a distinctive role to play.

This exhibition will be on display at Sheffield Institute of Arts Gallery from 9 January 2012 – 17 February 2012.
