This Christmas if you’re bored of giving your Granny a set of hankies or your Dad another road atlas and you need a bit of inspiration, then the RCA is the perfect place to shop as it opens its first Christmas Fête.

RCA students and graduates will be selling a range of affordable, beautiful and unique art and design pieces that are sure to make your friends and family smile. Items start from as little as £2 and range from a tongue-in-cheek nativity set; kitsch chimpanzee pin cushions; a flat-pack wooden birdhouse; a folding cardboard desk light and tea-cup jewellery. This is a fantastic opportunity to pick up original Christmas gifts as well as helping to support up and coming creative student talent.

The Fête will be located in a marquee on Jay Mews (just opposite Kensington Gardens) and will also feature a pop up café serving festive sweet treats courtesy of Kath’s Cakes, hot chocolate and mulled soft drinks.
