Scandinavian glass, Kenyan scrap metal creations and the UK's making history

What happened
 
Handmade on BBC Two tells  the story of how the craft and manufacturing skills have shaped the UK’s towns and cities.
 
Cosmima opened at Clerkenwell Gallery and New Scandinavian Glass Vessel, both in London, and Knitting and Stitching Show opened in Harrogate
 
Crafts Council maker Bridget Harvey is currently the Fashioned from Nature resident at the V&A and is hosting an open studio on Saturday afternoon.
