Announcing the Collect 2020 Talks Programme

Collect is the only gallery-presented art fair dedicated to modern craft and design. Now in its 16th year, the annual Collect talks programme is returning, exploring contemporary craft with leading voices from the worlds of craft, design, architecture, fashion and art.

LOEWE FOUNDATION presents Where Craft Hides at Collect 2020

Since its launch in 2016 the LOEWE FOUNDATION Craft Prize has recognised some of the biggest global names in craft, many of whom have been represented at Collect over the years.
LOEWE FOUNDATION Craft Prize president Sheila Loewe will introduce a chaired talk by jury president Anatxu Zabalbeascoa between Craft Prize 2019 finalists Kazuhito Takadoi and Giovanni Corvaja for the Collect 2020 headline talk on Saturday 29 February. These two masters of their crafts will talk about unconventional structures and materials, contemporary craftsmanship, their own practice and how being finalists of the Craft Prize has influenced their careers.
