I fold, unfold, pack, unpack, weave, paint and give form to a colour, a memory, a feeling, a touch, a smell, a sound- all that is visceral. Can’t be seen. Only felt.
I am interested in the playful dialogue between my mind and my hands that result in the art. What my mind wants to make, and what I end up making helps me understand my own limitations as an artist, and allows me to experiment with abandon to see if those two will ever converge.
