About this project

Red House, conceived by William Morris and designed by Philip Webb, is full of interesting angles and intricate details.  It was this iconic building that were the starting point for this project.  I was particularly taken by the painted ceilings and windows, the juxtaposition of these really modern looking forms with the medieval inspiration of the house is very intriguing and led to the development of my first fabric collection.
