About

Using Stone Age tools Jo McAllister creates granite surfaces reminiscent of earthly and lunar landscapes, accentuating the whiteness of pure silver and revealing the rich colours of high carat golds. Burnished, undulating edges are glinting counterpoints to subtle textures. Inspired by ancient and contemporary, natural and constructed landscapes, she makes jewellery with metaphysical qualities. New for 2015 are exuberant, word-based rings incorporating flowers, feathers, powder, mirrors and fur.
