About this project

Series of portraits of pioneering contemporary women cut into genuine Bank of England Issue 50 pound notes. Inspired, by Caroline Criado-Perez’s campaign to have more women represented on Bank of England notes. The proejct is a series of intimate acts of making and public / collaborative acts of negotiating and sharing. Exhibited around the UK, including the Saatchi Gallery, London.
