About this project

This series is an exploratory journey that plays on the versatility of the enamel and the potential of finding ways of adhering it on various surfaces, offering a diverse visual and tactile aesthetic.

*Enamel leaves are my invention. They are very fine sheets of enamel created in the kiln without them being attached to any metal base. These leaves are then layered the one on top of another on the brooches to create a very organic, unique effect.

Enamel leaves are my invention. I managed to find a way of creating very very fine sheets of enamel in the kiln without using a fixing agent or them being attached to any metal base. These leaves are then layered the one on top of another on the brooches to create a very organic, unique effect.
