'Tamesis'

About this project

These are my woven works produced in the 6 months art residency at Re:centre, London. (March till September 2019)
The works are based on the theme of river. Long walks along the Thames allowed me to reflect upon the repetitive and meditative aspects of the river. My hand woven works explore the solitude I find in the cyclical nature of the high and low tide.
