OUT OF LINE

About this project

A collection of pieces designed where lines are no longer well behaved, but are disconnected and often disorderly.

Leather strips are coloured, cut by hand and moulded in order to shift the cut edges of leather into playful patterns.

The designs are inspired by crystal structures, the ‘Neon Tower’ that used to grace the Hayward Gallery and the pleasing nature of the triangular form.
