Domestic Animals

About this project

A collection of privately commissioned portraits.
Through the process of Creative Reuse I salvage materials of all kinds to recreate colours and textures. Creating depth using layers of salvaged packaging. I then selected pieces of scrap to bring the image alive.
Often I add items of significance to the pieces which tell a story about the owner or their pet. This creates points of interest and a richness to the art piece which goes beyond an ordinary image copy.
