Penny Carter’s workshop is in Devon, between the river Yealm Estuary and the sea. The reflections of opaque painted boats on the transparent aqua blue estuary water and the massive watery skies are very present in her work. “Glass caries and reflects colour so well. By overlaying deep opaque and intensely translucent coloured glass I can paint with hot glass creating my personal colour palette.”

Focus:
Playful glass jewellery, gorgeous gin sticks, colourful candle stick holders and circus ring air plants.
Commissions:
Available for commissions
