Random Acts of Kindness
Curious about 'Random Acts of Kindness' where people do good for others with no expectation of anything in return, this series of work explores the notion. Knitted with fine silks, cottons and wool on tiny needles, jumpers are created and stitched on postcards of old masters which are placed in rococo frames or are made for insects shown in bell jars and cases. The intention is to protect the models and insects from the cold, not to protect the viewer from nakedness or insectophobia.
