Creatures

Tessa creates complex arrangements in clay using various hand building construction methods. She is excited by the strange otherworldliness of natural phenomena which transports her away from the mundane. Tessa is intrigued when regular and repetitive sequences found in organisms transmute to create a feeling of awkwardness where static from seems alive. 'I aim for forms to be beautiful in a bizarre manner so as to aid the appreciation of life’s absurdities where things don't always make sense'.
