Craft Club Skill Share

Join us for us at FarGo Village for a day of all things Craft Club!

Our Skill Share events are a great oppurunity to meet with fellow volunteer craft group leaders, hear about what they do and also learn a new craft-based skill to use back at your own Craft Club.

In 2017 it was announced that Coventry has been chosen to be the UK's City of Culture for 2021, so this is a great opportunity to hear about all the ways your Craft Club can get involved.

In the afternoon there will a textile-tastic workshop delivered by the fantastic Anne Forgan and Kulwant Dhaliwal from Extraordinary Arts. Learn new techniques and processes to crochet a collaborative map of Coventry, highlighting all the Craft Clubs and other community groups in the local area. There will be plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits throughout the day and lots of great opportunities to build connections with other Coventry-based organisations.

So whether you are a well-seasoned Craft Clubber or itching to get started, we would be delighted for you to come along!

If you have any questions about the day feel free to contact Nick on n_kidd@craftscouncil.org.uk or call 0207 806 2522.
