Combining non-precious and precious materials, Eleanor makes jewellery which is sustainable, beautiful, intriguing and highly wearable.
Sustainability is central to her practice. Using reclaimed materials, especially plastics with recycled silver, her starting points are the shape, colour or texture of something she has found; sea-worn plastics or scraps of waste, which would otherwise be discarded. Her work aims to question our ideas about preciousness and disposability.
