Joanna Kinnersly-Taylor is a printed textile artist and designer and creates one-off works for exhibition and to commission. Intrinsic to the visual structure of her work is the way she 'carves out' the surface of the cloth through the push and pull of creating positive and negative space. Depth and transparency are achieved through a complex series of layers, creating space that is both architectural and ethereal. She teaches and is the author of 'Dyeing and Screen-Printing on Textiles'

Do you have a textile project that you have been meaning to start or existing ideas you would like to progress? This 5-day course in my well-equipped studio provides a supportive and professional environment. Suitable for all levels of experience.
