I work in silver, mainly Sterling. All my jewellery is made by anticlastic raising, in which flat blanks are hammered over formers. The forms so achieved are typically light, strong, sinuous and sculptural. My inspiration comes from the rhythms of the natural world, simplified and abstracted.
I like to make each item from a single piece of silver wherever possible, sometimes including an integral brooch pin, earring wires or a pendant loop.
